Three brothers were arrested after three women were discovered in their apartment yesterday by neighbor Charles Ramsey. The Ohio police identified the brothers as Ariel Castro (who lived in the home), Predo and Oneil (who lived at other locations), but at the moment they are the lead suspects in three different cases of women who went missing over 1o years ago.
The women identified at the scene were Berry, Gina DeJesus, Michelle Knight, were treated at a local hospital Monday night and released early Tuesday morning. At press time the authorities has said the women were all in good condition and were sent to relatives homes within the area.
The highlight of this sad story is Charles Ramsey who on that day remembers ”I heard screaming,” he said. “I’m eating my McDonald’s. I come outside. I see this girl going nuts trying to get out of a house.”
Ramsey decides to go across the street to see what the problem was, to his surprise the young lady is trying to make her grand escape from the home. He then decided to kick open the screen door and call 911. During the call was when Ramsey said to himself, “I’m calling 911 for a Amanda Berry, I thought this girl was dead.”
After police came to the scene Amanda informed them there were more women inside the home. Once a thorough search of the house was done the other two girls were found, and according to Ramsey, “you needed big testicles to pull this off, bro” as the kidnappers were seen everyday doing everyday things. Ramsey even said he would “eat ribs with them and listened to salsa music” with them. Which means the kidnappers were well-known in the area and probably liked by their neighbors which of course wouldn’t bring any suspicions their way.
The reporter asked Ramsey what were the look on the women faces after they were recused , he replied “I knew something was wrong when a pretty little white girl ran into black man’s arms, something is wrong here.”
