Well from the looks of it, it apprears that Billy Jean does exisits. 31 year old Brandon Howard, is the son of singer Miki Howard who was managed by Joe Jackson in the 80’s. B. Howard, as he is known in the music industry, is claiming that Michael Jackson is his dad and he has the DNA to prove it. However, Michael Jackson’s estate lawyers are not even blinking because the time has expired for him to claim stake in Michael Jackson estate.
