The third Radio One Comedy Show sent fans home with smiles and jokes to retell after a night of comedy at Ovens Auditorium. My92.7′s Fly Ty set the tone with spoof of Bishop Eddie Long. Host Marcus D. Wiley kept the audience howling between comedian. Small Frye showed big laughs can come in small packages as she used a mix of good old gospel singing and witticisms about church folk. Although, much of the jokes were based on the black church experience the performers weren’t preachy. When Radio One Charlotte brings this show back to Charlotte next year, don’t miss it. It’s clean and funny.
