I had a long night and really needed a pick me up this morning. Father MC’s “I’ll Do 4 U,” seemed like the perfect medicine. It is upbeat, features all the amenities o 90’s music – good New Jack Swing production, big clothes, lots of back up dancers and the soulful sound of Mary J (the one before she fixed the crack in her voice).
