Florida law has required welfare applicants to pass a drug test and pay for it themselves since July, and the number of people applying for assistance in the Sunshine State has dropped to it’s a record low. Arizona, Indiana and Missouri passed similiar laws. Do you think this is racial profiling or do you think it’s justified?
