I gotta send a big Happy Birthday shout to one of the most talented, dopest, & smoothest vocalists & producers ever in R&B music (or just music period)…..the man they call JOE!! The first time I heard this brothas first single “I’m In Luv”, I was like this cat is amazing. Then when I heard the album “Everything” I instantly put him atop my list of R&B vocalists, & still do to this day! He can flat out BLOW!! Then he can write & produce as well, he hasn’t benn in the game this long for nothing (since 1993). So enjoy your day JOE, & thanks for all the great music over the years, & keep bringin’ to us!
