The home team traveled to the Palace at Auburn Hills for their season opener against the Detroit Pistons & it was a heck of a game! The Hornets lost 102-90 but I still saw a lot of promise with this ‘new’ squad. Dwight Howard looked pretty good taking down 15 rebounds, Kemba had 24 points with 4 assists, & our draft pick Malik Monk definitely had a good debut. The next game is this Friday “Live @ The Hive” against the Atlanta Hawks & it should be their first victory……Go HORNETS!!!
